Previously, he held multiple executive roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including President of Fresh, Beverage & Dessert, President of Enhancers, Desserts & Away from Home, and President of Sauce, Frozen & Meals. With extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, Steve brings strategic leadership and a passion for driving business success.
Ryan is the Chief Financial Officer of Generous Brands, leading Finance, Accounting, and IT. Ryan has been at Generous Brands for a year having previously served as the Senior Vice President of Finance. Previously, Ryan was part of private equity firm May River Capital’s Executive Resource Group where he served as interim CFO at Industrial Flow Solutions. Prior to May River, Ryan served as the Head of FP&A at Tempus Labs, a biotechnology research company. Ryan also comes with banking experience from Rockefeller Financial, Coe Capital, and Seaport Global Holdings, as well as Consumer Goods experience from Kraft Heinz.
Ryan received a BA from Brown University.
Molly is the Chief Marketing Officer of Generous Brands, where she leads brand strategy and innovation. Molly has nearly 20 years of CPG experience with a majority of career spent in Marketing. With a strong background in marketing, innovation, media, and business transformation, Molly is equally energized by brand turnaround as accelerating growth. She is passionate about innovation that moves with culture.
Prior to joining Generous Brands, Molly held key leadership roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, running several billion-dollar businesses, including Oscar Mayer and Heinz. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz in 2013, Molly worked at Circana (formerly IRI) and L’Oreal where she worked on several health and beauty categories. Molly obtained a B.S.E. from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and an MBA from the Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
David Oesch is the Chief Supply Officer at Bolthouse Farms.With over 25 years of experience in Operations, including 17 years with Bolthouse Farms, David has been at the forefront of developing extensive domestic and international agricultural and supply chain networks. David rejoined Bolthouse Farms upon its sale to Butterfly Equity in June of 2019. In his current role, he leads Operations, Quality & Food Safety, Procurement, Facilities for Farms, CPG and Evolution Fresh. From 2017 to 2019, he served as the Vice President of Operations for Vita-Pakt Citrus Products Company, where he was part of the team that set annual records for volumes processed, sales and customers served. Before joining Vita-Pakt, David held senior leadership roles with the Campbell Soup Company, gaining valuable experience across innovation, CPG plant operations and commercialization culminating in leading Carrot Operations for the Bolthouse Farms business unit. David knows every aspect of Bolthouse operations from his first stint at the company starting out as a plant manager and working his way up the company through the warehouse, to eventually become a Sr Director – Supply Chain. David holds a BA in Business Economics with emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from California State University, Bakersfield.
Lisa is the Chief People Officer at Generous Brands, responsible for leading the people strategy and overall employee experience, driving performance, engagement, and retention. Lisa has a passion for building world-class HR capabilities, creating people-first cultures, and establishing new and exciting ways for employees to grow and thrive in their careers. Lisa has 15+ years of HR experience, leading high-growth organizations such as Songfinch and RXBAR, where she oversaw the brand’s integration into Kellogg’s.
Phil is the Chief Revenue Officer at Generous Brands, leading customer/partnership strategy and business growth. Previously, he served as Chief Customer Officer at GB and held key roles at Mastronardi Produce Ltd. leading all commercial growth there as CCO / VP of Sales. Prior to that, Phil was Director of Innovation, Customer Planning & Strategy at Campbell Soup. With deep expertise in sales and revenue management, Phil is passionate about driving strong partnerships and market success.
Todd is the Chief Transformation Officer at Generous Brands, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. He previously held leadership roles at Bolthouse Farms as Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, as well as Executive VP & Chief Growth Officer at Bumble Bee Foods. With experience as a General Manager at Campbell Soup Company, Todd brings a wealth of expertise in business transformation, marketing, and innovation.
Matthew Ayres is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Generous Brands, overseeing the provision of legal and regulatory services. Matt has been General Counsel since 2019, when Bolthouse Farms was sold by Campbell’s Company to Butterfly Equity. Prior to the divestiture, while at Campbell’s Company, Matt served in various roles of increasing responsibility, notably acting as chief counsel for different reporting divisions, including the Campbell Fresh and Pepperidge Farm business units.
Previous to his in-house experience in the food industry, Matt spent several years in private practice with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in its Hong Kong and Washington, D.C. offices. Matt earned his B.A. degree in history from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
